In past positions, Bruce has directed technology consulting functions, drove strategic planning, propelled marketing, developed product and services and brought business and financial management to new levels. With client and customer engagement as a common thread, Bruce has been a C-level executive with companies ranging from plastic injection molding to his own professional services firm. His entrepreneurial approach, executive direction and project leadership inspire companies to reach a little higher.

Bruce received the Milwaukee Association of Commerce/Council of Small Business Executives Future 50 Award three years in a row, becoming a Master Mettle Award Winner.

From website redesigns to launches of end-to-end e-commerce operations, she’s a true subject matter expert.

Cathy’s deep experience, particularly in the telecommunications industry, includes responsibilities for leading strategic planning and major projects involving e-commerce and e-service operations. Throughout her career, she has led cross-functional teams in highly visible and profitable projects. And along the way, she’s gathered honors and awards for her graphic design portfolio, direct mail design, and the Standard of Excellence in Website Development Award from the Web Marketing Association.

How did Vizability (the name) originate?

If you’ve ever spent time around scuba divers, you know one of the first questions we ask before a dive is, How’s the viz?, referring to the clarity and visibility of the water. Just like in scuba, good viz is critical for businesses. As we tried on lots of ideas and name options, we landed on Vizability and it fit perfectly.
